Welcome to the Shipping & Delivery policy of Adaa

This policy “Shipping Policy” defines the policy, procedures and the terms that are applicable for the delivery of all our products that you purchase over our website.
a. Once you have confirmed the order, all delivery request goes to the Delivery team.
b. All our products have Cash and Card payment option on delivery
c. In order to ensure you get the proper delivery order, we request you to kindly show your copy of invoice to our delivery team, so they can verify the order
d. All products within the emirate of Dubai will be delivered to you within 2 working days, whereas delivery for other emirates will be within 5 working days, from the date of order placement.
However, if we experience uncontrollable conditions that are not controlled by man, you may expect a slight delay in delivery.
e. Delivery within the Emirate of Dubai: All orders for AED180 and above will be given a free delivery, orders below AED180 will be subject to a delivery charge of AED 10.
Delivery outside the Emirate of Dubai: Minimum order for delivery is AED280, along with a delivery charge of AED29
f. If customer wants to get the order on the same day, we do have an option of express delivery. In such case you will be charged additional AED 25 for the Emirate of Dubai and AED 40 for other Emirates, per shipment.
g. We request all customers to kindly provide us with the most accurate delivery address and a working contact number, preferably mobile, so our team can contact you before they schedule your delivery.
h. We do not schedule normal delivery on Weekends and other government holidays. In case you require delivery on these days you will be subject to an additional charge of AED 25 for the Emirate of Dubai and AED 40 for other Emirates
